Ali Drew-Forster, a workplace culture expert, began her career addressing toxic environments as a Workplace Relations Lawyer as well as a HR manager. Her experience with issues like unfair dismissals and bullying sparked her interest in co-creating positive cultures, proactively. Not only is Ali a non-practising lawyer, she has qualifications in Journalism, HR and workplace training, is a trained International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach, and is an enthusiastic writer, public speaker and facilitator.
