Make sense of what we've heard

We analyse all the insights gathered to identify key themes, strengths and pressure points in your workplace culture.

Where helpful, we can run solution-driven focus groups to explore next steps with your team — helping to build buy-in and shape practical solutions together.

You'll receive:

  • A written report with key cultural themes/issues identified
  • Report also provides recommendations AND suggested prioritisation of recommendations
  • A verbal debrief with stakeholders to walk through the findings

We can also help you communicate the findings and recommendations of the Cultural Health Check to your team.

Support and sustain the change

When requested, we work with you to embed the recommendations — shaping next steps based on what’s needed most. This might include:

  • Leadership coaching or tailored workshops
  • Team facilitation or communication support
  • Ongoing guidance around culture, people and performance
